Well last week we found more Mid Century Style,  this week Cottage Style.

I believe this to be an old milking stool,  it is 18" tall and 11.5" across the seat.
The top seat is cracked from years of use but has been reinforced underneath
so it sits very sturdy!  $20.00

On the Hunt Again!!

I had soosooo much fun with my two girls junking this weekend that I am "on the hunt again",  or is that back in the saddle again?  Anyway... we had fun scouring sales and sipping on Starbucks,  little Mavis is getting into the hang of things with big sister and me showing her the ropes.  We had several drive bys, and really I had only purchased one item when we went to our last sale, oh my!!  I went into orbit over all the cool mid century lamps, dishes, furnishings, art, luggage.....

Primitive with Potential for someone Passionate about Past treasures

                                           Primitive Sideboard/Buffet/Server/Dresser?
This sideboard is very primitive,  yet has tons of potential for someone to make her into a Beauty!
Claw feet,  had rollers but the wheels are missing, you can get these at the hardware store,
drawers need work,  top has veneer peeling,  knobs need to be replaced but Hobby Lobby has some
fantastic knobs that run half price at least every 3-4 weeks:).  There are two small drawers that I am assuming are silverware drawers.  If you are passionate about vintage finds as I am,  this one is worth the effort!  Because I think she is such a unique piece but does need work....SOLD!
